SANDURO'S CONCRETE WALL TECHNOLOGY
The Wall That Does It All
Every home starts with the right foundation — and for us, that begins with the wall. The Sanduro Wall is at the core of how we build. It’s a system that brings structure, efficiency, and long-term value together in one place. Strong, simple, and built for the future.

What Is the Sanduro Wall?
The Sanduro Wall is built using SCIP panels — short for Structural Concrete Insulated Panels. Each panel forms a full structural wall and replaces the need for traditional wood framing, insulation, and sheathing.

At its core is a solid block of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, which acts as both insulation and the formwork for the wall. On both sides of the foam, a welded steel mesh is attached. This mesh adds strength and acts as a base for sprayed concrete. Once installed, both sides of the panel are coated with a 1–2 inch layer of structural concrete, creating a solid, sealed wall from inside to out.
A Smarter Structural Approach
Traditional wall systems rely on layering: one crew frames, another insulates, another seals, and so on. But every extra layer introduces a new variable — and more room for error. The Sanduro Wall simplifies that. It gives us a single solution that serves as:

-
The frame
-
The insulation
-
The base for interior and exterior finishes

That simplicity isn’t just efficient — it gives us more control over every phase of construction, and it results in a tighter, cleaner, and more consistent build from the start.
Built to Handle What Matters
These panels aren’t just made for convenience — they’re engineered for performance. Once in place, the concrete creates a continuous shell around your home that resists moisture, pests, fire, and shifting conditions.

Because the system is solid and sealed, there are fewer points of failure over time. No warping wood. No hidden gaps. No insulation settling. Just a wall that stays put — and keeps doing its job, year after year.
How It Works — and Why It Holds Up
This isn’t just a wall — it’s a complete structural system and here's how it functions:

-
The foam core provides continuous insulation with no thermal breaks. That means heat and cold don’t leak through like they can in traditional walls.
-
The steel mesh gives the wall tensile strength and flexibility, helping it resist stress and movement.
-
The concrete coating locks everything together and provides a strong, protective shell on both sides of the wall.

Together, these three elements create a load-bearing wall that also regulates temperature, resists damage, and eliminates the layering steps of traditional construction.
The Sanduro Standard
We don’t treat the wall system as a feature — it’s the foundation. Everything we build starts with these panels, because they give us the consistency and durability we need to do our best work.

This isn’t a workaround. It’s a smarter starting point — one that makes every step that follows cleaner, faster, and more predictable.
